Tolmie Cove, with the help of Olympia Community Solar, is seeking a quote from a qualified firm to install a solar energy installation in Q2 2025. Olympia Community Solar is supporting the organization to develop the solar project on the non-profit owned and low-income occupied buildings. In Exhibit A, the buildings that will be evaluated for solar are outlined in red in an image of the housing community.

Project partners will hold a site visit at the apartment complex on September 3rd at 10am.
